FAMAS

Well this one took a while, but I love this gun! So why wouldn't I model it out in 1:1 scale with the most detail possible?

I have to say if I were to choose any pea-shooter out of the weapons that fire anything smaller than a .22 (5.6x13) it would have to be this and the thins has exactly 177,578 triangles.

This is the "Fusil d'Assaut de la Manufacture d'Armes de Saint-Étienne" which makes up the acronym FAMAS, which is the current French military service rifle. I was surprised to find out that this gun uses a lever delayed blow-back instead of a gas block, but I guess that means fewer parts to clean and/or replace if need be.

If anyone wants the model, send me a note and it's gonna have to be .skp because porting to other 3D programs tends to triangulate every face and I know how much of a pain that can be.
